1) Prepare concept, design and co-ordinate for proto-type by preparing parts, assemblies and drawings.
2) Prepare /Modify BOM of different components and Machines assemblies in SAP
3) Parts/ Drawings/and assemblies to be prepared in UG NX.
4) Co-ordinate with Manufacturing/Supply Management/Product support/Product Management/Service based on the project requirement and project gate.
5) Visit customer site whenever required for trails, observation, or issue resolution
6) Plan for fitment/functional trails as applicable on in-house prototype machines.
7) Conduct DFMEA before release of critical components.
8) Participate/support in RCA as applicable.
9) Implement cost reduction/Value engineering in different parts before release.
10) Communicate the project status /queries/support required within R&D
