Mechanical Design Engineer

As an Automation Design Engineer, your role involves carrying out conceptual and actual design for automation solutions to meet production and quality goals set by the department. Your responsibilities include: - Coming up with quality designs to meet internal and customer expectations. - Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective and preventive actions. - Preparing parts drawings, information for user manuals, and complete assembly information recording. - Addressing production and customer design issues and committing to improvement actions. - Ensuring close follow-up on every design and verifying that the output meets the input. - Conducting proper reviews and verifications before sending designs out for fabrication. - Interfacing with customers to review designs for their machines or systems. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Relevant experience in the automation industries. - Ability to handle projects independently. - Capability to coordinate with customers independently. - Strong sense of responsibility, along with excellent communication and action-oriented skills. - Familiarity with pneumatics and motion controls. - Technical knowledge in automation equipment design. - Proficiency in CAD software. - Strong communication skills. - Project follow-up skills.
