As a Production Engineer at our Vadodara location, your role will involve supervising manufacturing processes to ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for liaising with other engineers to develop plans for improving production, costs, and labor. Additionally, you will diagnose problems in the production line, provide recommendations, and offer training when necessary. Your duties will also include establishing safety procedures that prioritize worker well-being and minimize the carbon footprint, staying updated on engineering advancements, and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. Moreover, you will identify, document, and report any unsafe practices, draw up production schedules and budgets, schedule meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders, analyze all production facets, and provide recommendations for enhancements. You will also be responsible for procuring any necessary materials and equipment.
