About The Role

Skill required: Business Reporting & Governance - Reporting Analytics

Designation: Measurement & Report Analyst

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:3 to 5 years

What would you do? The Business Reporting and Governance vertical helps to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanism for SLA/KPI or any other operations on a day-to-day basis.

What are we looking for? Effective communication and organization skills with Polished, professional presence Experience in reporting of contractual metrics and operational KPIs Demonstrate ability to achieve customer satisfaction through a managed service framework.

Roles and Responsibilities: Create and Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports on time with accuracy.
