Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts?Manage Designated Workflows and process for configurations is completed within the stipulated SLA?Raise any issues or bugs to client and make sure the resolution is communicated to the team?Create, Manage and Review customer and price setups in salesforce tool?Updated details for customer and pricing information basis the requests and provide periodic updates for setup during the seasons?Review the sell through data and review the performance for the partners?Analyze the rebates as per the contracts set up and help resolve any disputes raised by partners?Ensure master data setup in salesforce is as per the contract with the partners?Execute projects for reconciliation and clean up as per the requirements?Provide support in testing of new features in area of customer and pricing setup?Help in projects like master data clean up, Reviewing open bugs/requests?Work with multiple Business stakeholders (Sales/Finance/Product teams) to resolve issues for master data set up?Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders
