🧑‍💼 Role Overview

As a Store Master, you will lead in-store Made-to-Measure (MTM) operations—taking precise body measurements, managing fittings, guiding clients on style & fit, and coordinating with tailoring teams for timely and quality delivery.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Take accurate body measurements & guide fittings
• Assist clients in selecting MTM styles, cuts, and fabrics
• Coordinate with tailoring units & production team
• Ensure quality checks before final delivery
• Maintain detailed client records and fitting preferences
• Train junior staff on MTM procedures

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in menswear retail or MTM operations
• Strong knowledge of men’s fits, body types, and tailoring
• Skilled in measurement-taking, client handling, and garment fitting
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

This position is for a Store Master, not a fashion designer or fashion consultant.

We are looking for someone with practical, in-store experience in MTM menswear—especially someone who:

✔ Takes body measurements

✔ Understands garment construction and men’s fit

✔ Has worked closely with tailoring units in a retail environment
