Measurement Executive

Role & responsibilities

As a Measurement Executive (MMT), you will be responsible for visiting customer sites and capturing accurate on-site measurements for interior and renovation projects. Your role ensures that all designs and estimates are based on precise and verified data.

• Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements of rooms, walls, ceilings, and service points.
• Prepare detailed measurement reports and layout sketches for the design and estimation teams.
• Identify any site constraints, discrepancies, or feasibility issues and report them promptly.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and sales teams to ensure correct data handover.
• Maintain all reports, measurements, and photos as per company documentation standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and safety during site visits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in site measurement / interior execution (freshers with relevant academic background are welcome). Strong understanding of civil and modular work basics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be comfortable with regular site travel across the city.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and measurement tools is an advantage.
