Job Summary

MEAN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  end-to-end web and mobile applications

  using the MEAN stack.
• Build

  cross-platform mobile apps

  using

  Ionic/Capacitor

  .
• Use

  GitHub Copilot

  to write cleaner, optimized, and more productive code.
• Develop and integrate

  RESTful APIs

  and handle real-time communication with

  Socket.io

  .
• Implement

  Firebase services

  (authentication, real-time DB, push notifications, etc.) into applications.
• Create

  responsive, user-friendly UIs

  with Angular.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Write

  unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

  using frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Mocha.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers in

  Agile/Scrum

  processes.
• Participate in

  code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD workflows

  .
• Document technical specifications and maintain system designs.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (v10+), and Node.js

  .
• Experience with

  Ionic/Capacitor

  for cross-platform app development.
• Hands-on experience with

  GitHub Copilot

  or similar AI pair programming tools.
• Solid understanding of

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with

  Socket.io

  for real-time applications.
• Working knowledge of

  Firebase integration

  (auth, cloud functions, DB).
• Familiarity with

  Git, Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Knowledge of

  security best practices

  in web and mobile apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture

  .
• Exposure to

  DevOps tools

  (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in

  Agile/Scrum teams

  .
• Active

  GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions

  .

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
