1. Knowledge on Process planning for Aerospace detail part manufacturing.
2. Knowledge on project planning and resource identification.
3. Ability to Identify machining process, fixture requirements and machining strategy.
4. Knowledge on CNC Milling, Turning and other machining process.
5. Knowledge on Special process and Aerospace Materials.
6. Knowledge on GD&T as per ASME standard.
7. Special tool design & Management.
8. Creation of PPAP & PFMEA documents.
9. Knowledge on standard clamping Elements.
10. Knowledge on Configuration Management - ECN control & Change management.
11. Knowledge on Continual improvement.
12. MASTER CAM experience is added advantage.
13. AS9100 awareness.
