Knowledge on project planning and resource identification. 3. Ability to Identify machining process, fixture requirements and machining strategy. 4. Knowledge on CNC Milling, Turning and other machining process. 5. Knowledge on Special process and Aerospace Materials. 6. Knowledge on GD&T as per ASME standard. 7. Special tool design & Management. 8. Creation of PPAP & PFMEA documents. 9. Knowledge on standard clamping Elements. 10. Knowledge on Configuration Management - ECN control & Change management. 11. Knowledge on Continual improvement. 12. MASTER CAM experience is added advantage. 13. AS9100 awareness.
AGM / DGM - Raw Material for aerospace-grade raw materials Key Responsibilities: Procurement of aerospace-grade metals (Titanium, Aluminum, SS, etc.) Strategic sourcing and vendor management Raw material planning to support CNC-based precision machining Cost optimization, quality, and delivery assurance Requirements : 18- 25 years of experience in raw material procurement Experience in the aerospace industry is a must Strong knowledge of material standards (AS9100, ASTM, AMS, etc.) Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
