1 Tamil Nadu candidate only (OR) Must Speaking Tamil.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Planning Daily & Monthly production as per marketing team requirements.
Coordinating with supporting and service teams to achieve the committed targets and goals.
Maintaining Regular and proactive contact with superiors.
Coaching team and line leaders in cGMP methods.
Handling of customer and regulatory audits.
Making sure production team remains motivated and is hitting the efficiency targets.
Ensure that peoples following site safety procedures
Ensuring continuous improvement within the quality control systems and culture
Alleviate workloads on a regular basis by taking on responsibilities from management as well as assisting with staff projects.
Development in pharma technology and cost-effective methods and tools implementation
To oversee production related task.
