Job Description Highly skilled Stress & Design Engineer with expertise in ISAMI , CATIA , and in-service repair for wing perimeter structures . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided engineering (CAE) , CAD modeling , and physics-based simulations , with hands-on experience in structural analysis and repair design for aerospace components. Key Responsibilities: Perform stress analysis and repair design for wing perimeter structures using ISAMI and CAESAM Desktop tools. Develop and validate CAD models using CATIA V5 , ensuring accuracy and compliance with aerospace standards. Conduct physics-based simulations to assess structural integrity and performance under operational loads. Support in-service repair activities by evaluating damage, proposing repair solutions, and preparing engineering documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and maintenance engineering. Ensure all designs and analyses meet regulatory and airworthiness requirements. Maintain detailed records of design iterations, analysis results, and repair procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in aerospace structural design and stress analysis . As a Senior Aerospace Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for performing detailed static analysis on aerostructures, including wings, fuselage, landing gear, floor beams, doors, and other aircraft components using classical hand calculations. Additionally, you will utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software such as HYPERMESH, NASTRAN, and PATRAN to model and analyze structural performance under various loading conditions. Experience with Airbus and Boeing aircraft structures is considered an added advantage. You will be tasked with developing and validating analytical methods using Excel and Macros techniques to predict the behavior of structural components. Proficiency in FEA tools such as NASTRAN, PATRAN, or HYPERMESH is essential.
