MDM Platform Admin

You have an urgent requirement for an MDM Platform Admin with our client, for the Noida or Hyderabad location. You should have experience in managing and administering Informatica On-Prem MDM systems. It is essential to have a strong understanding of MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica architecture. Your experience should also include performance tuning and optimization of MDM systems and a solid understanding of security frameworks, code migration, and change management. In this role, your key responsibilities will include system maintenance, security and access management, performance tuning and optimization, code migration and change management, disaster recovery and backup management, documentation and reporting. You will be required to perform routine monitoring of the MDM system's health, apply necessary patches and upgrades, manage user roles and permissions, ensure compliance with security policies, continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot performance issues, manage code migration between environments, execute disaster recovery procedures, maintain up-to-date documentation, and provide periodic reports to the management team. To support the managed services effectively, you should have proven experience in managing and administering Informatica On-Prem MDM systems, a strong understanding of MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and the overall Informatica MDM architecture, proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution, and a solid understanding of security frameworks, user roles, and access management. You should also have experience with code migration, change management, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for MDM systems. Preferred skills for this role include certification in Informatica MDM or related fields and hands-on experience with Unix scripting and SQL.
