Job Description:

Orange Health Labs is seeking a full-time Consultant Pathologist (MD Pathology) to join our diagnostic operations team in Bengaluru. The role involves performing high-quality specimen analysis and providing accurate diagnostic insights that support superior patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic analysis on blood, tissue, and other biological samples using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Examine specimens for abnormalities indicating disease and provide diagnostic interpretations.
• Validate and authorize results through established quality control protocols and medical software systems.
• Prepare and review detailed pathology reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Participate in internal audits, quality assurance programs, and method validation studies.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technology, and best practices in pathology and diagnostic medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MD (Pathology) from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with the respective medical council.
• 0–5 years of experience in diagnostic or hospital-based pathology.
• Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
• Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.89 per year
