Job Description

Role Overview:

Industrial sector

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, or optimization projects in industrial clients (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Design and implement process improvements leveraging SAP modules (Finance, SCM, MM, PP, PM, EWM, etc.).
Oversee project delivery, including timelines, resource management, and quality of deliverables.
Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants on SAP functional/technical aspects.
Provide expertise on SAP best practices, emerging technologies, and industrial processes.
Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives to ensure smooth SAP rollouts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units.
Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and business development activities.
Monitor project risks, issue resolution, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
