MBSE Lead

About the job As a consultancy company specializing in establishing Digital Engineering practices and building the digital tapestry in organizations through formal Systems Engineering methodologies, we are seeking an individual to lead projects and groups of Systems Engineers. The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to embrace new technologies, methodologies, and tools to drive innovation within the field. Relevant Experience (Must have) You should have product development experience in the field of Aerospace/UAV, demonstrating your capability to lead a team of more than 5 members and work on complex projects. Proficiency in implementing Systems Engineering and MBSE in SysML based tools is essential. Strong communication skills are crucial as you will collaborate with clients, customers, and stakeholders. Additionally, experience in writing and managing requirements in a requirements management tool, along with knowledge of Modeling and Simulation, is desired. Your enthusiasm for learning new technologies and skills will be highly valued. Good to have Experience Experience in V&V and Project Management would be advantageous in this role. Roles and Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of more than 5 Systems Engineers, focusing on competency building within the team members. You will also lead MBSE projects by understanding customer requirements, breaking down project activities for team members, reviewing projects for quality and timely delivery, and assessing deliverables with customers and stakeholders. Further, you will execute complex projects by identifying clients" needs, defining SE processes, exploring MBSE tools, and delivering process trainings to clients when necessary. To ensure project success, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to define project plans and regularly update project progress. Education A BTech/MTech in Aerospace, Avionics, or Mechatronics is required for this position. Certification in Systems Engineering would be considered a plus.
