Additionally, experience in writing and managing requirements in a requirements management tool, along with knowledge of Modeling and Simulation, is desired. Roles and Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of more than 5 Systems Engineers, focusing on competency building within the team members. You will also lead MBSE projects by understanding customer requirements, breaking down project activities for team members, reviewing projects for quality and timely delivery, and assessing deliverables with customers and stakeholders. Further, you will execute complex projects by identifying clients" needs, defining SE processes, exploring MBSE tools, and delivering process trainings to clients when necessary. To ensure project success, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to define project plans and regularly update project progress.
