Job Description:

We are looking for motivated MBA Interns who are eager to gain practical corporate exposure and hands-on experience in real-time business operations. This internship is designed to help students apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities (Depending on Specialization):

HR / Recruitment:

• Screening resumes & coordinating interviews
• Assisting in hiring & onboarding process
• Maintaining candidate & employee records
• Supporting HR operations & documentation

Marketing / Sales:

• Lead generation & follow-ups
• Market research & competitor analysis
• Supporting digital & offline marketing activities
• Client coordination & reporting

Business Development / Operations:

• Assisting in business strategy & planning
• Data collection, reporting & analysis
• Client interaction & relationship management
• Supporting day-to-day business operations

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing or completed MBA
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Willingness to learn & positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
