Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and statutory documentation
• Implement HR policies, training, and performance management systems
• Maintain records and coordinate with department heads for HR support

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices in a manufacturing or pharma environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
• Willing to work from plant location full-time
