MBA Fresher (IT/Product/Finance/Marketing)

We are seeking high-performing and driven MBA Freshers specializing in IT / Marketing / Product / Finance for the role of Product Analyst & Marketing profile. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about product development, marketing strategy, market research, and driving business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product planning, go-to-market execution and digital marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your corporate career with ample learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including requirement gathering, feature planning, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to support product strategy.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including content planning, social media activities, and performance analytics.
• Work with internal teams (Development, Design) to enable smooth execution of projects.
• Analyze user metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Contribute to planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.
• Support brand-building initiatives and marketing operations.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (IT / Marketing / Product / Finance) from a recognized institution.
• Consistent academic performance with 70% and above throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation & MBA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; knowledge of analytics tools or product management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a learning mindset.
• Strong interest in product development and digital marketing.
