As an experienced MBA Finance professional, your role overview will involve identifying, evaluating, and securing funding opportunities to meet the company's financial requirements. You will prepare detailed proposals, financial models, and projections, negotiate terms for loans and investments, and develop financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring cash flow, forecasting financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mitigating financial risks. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and secure funding opportunities from banks, fund houses, and NBFCs. - Prepare detailed proposals, financial models, CMA, and projections for potential lenders and investors. - Negotiate favorable terms for loans, credit facilities, and investments. - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term goals. - Monitor cash flow, ensure liquidity for operations and investments, and forecast financial performance. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and banking guidelines. - Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate financial risks. - Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes. - Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions. - Serve as the primary contact for funding-related communication and negotiation. - Represent the company in financial meetings and presentations. - Prepare detailed financial reports and analyze data for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting. - Provide financial insights and training to junior team members. - Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial strategies. - Research new funding instruments and recommend innovative financing solutions. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the financial sector. - Familiarity with Accounting Standards, Indian Accounting Standards, I-Gaap.
