Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the institution or department.
• Oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance.
• Lead and mentor faculty and research scholars, fostering research excellence and academic growth.
• Manage institutional resources and budgets effectively.
• Facilitate faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including industry partners, academic bodies, and government agencies, to enhance institutional reputation.
• Promote a positive academic culture focused on excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

• First Class or equivalent in a Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline from a recognised university.A
• PhD or equivalent in the relevant discipline is essential.
• A strong record of post-PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.
• Consistent academic record with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in qualifying degrees.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.

Desirable Skills:

• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and students.
• Proficiency in research supervision and academic publishing.
• Experience in policy formulation and institutional governance.
