About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MATLAB & Python Developer who can independently manage end-to-end coding, modelling, automation, and data analysis tasks using ML/DL techniques and AI based concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both programming environments and be capable of supporting R&D, academic, and industrial project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and debug MATLAB scripts, functions, simulations, and toolboxes.
• Create Python-based applications for data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, automation, and visualisation.
• Work on image processing, signal processing, optimisation models, statistical modelling, and algorithm development.
• Integrate MATLAB and Python workflows where required.
• Handle data preprocessing, model validation, and result interpretation.
• Prepare technical documentation and support project execution.

Required Technical Skills

MATLAB (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Signal & Image Processing, ML/DL toolboxes, Optimisation, Numerical Modelling
• Ability to build custom algorithms and simulations

Python (Mandatory)

• Proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Experience in automation scripts, ML pipelines, and data workflows
• Understanding of API integration & version control tools (Git preferred)

General Requirements

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA (Computer Science, ECE, EEE, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience, and project exposure)
