Job Summary:

We are hiring a Mathematics Faculty to teach students from Class 6 to 12 and prepare them for competitive exams like NTSE, and Olympiads. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, able to simplify complex concepts, and committed to the academic growth of students.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to classes 6–12 and JEE aspirants in a coaching setup.
• Conduct regular classroom sessions with strong conceptual and problem-solving focus.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured lectures, study material, and practice questions.
• Conduct tests, analyze student performance, and provide detailed feedback.
• Clear student doubts during and after sessions, both one-on-one and in groups.
• Assist in designing course structure, study plans, and test series.
• Keep track of the latest syllabus patterns and competitive exam trends.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve overall student results.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech).
• Strong understanding of school and competitive exam-level mathematics.
• Prior experience teaching at a coaching institute is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and connect with students.
• Familiarity with test preparation strategies for JEE and similar exams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching for Board Students
• Use of digital tools or online teaching platforms.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (optional).

Salary:

Based on experience and teaching skills. Performance-based incentives will be provided.
