Maths Expert IIT-JEE/NDA

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Maths Faculty member to join our team of educators. As a Maths Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for the highly competitive IIT JEE, NDA, and CBSE examinations. Your expertise in Maths and your ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner will be crucial in helping our students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

Deliver High-Quality Lectures: Conduct engaging and comprehensive Maths lectures to help students understand and master the subject.

Develop Course Material: Create and update study materials, including notes, assignments, and practice tests, to support effective learning.

Provide Individualized Support: Offer personalized guidance and mentoring to students to help them excel in Maths.

Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track students' progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Maths, IIT JEE, NDA, and CBSE curriculum changes.

Participate in Faculty Meetings: Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methods and curriculum.

Inspire and Motivate: Inspire students to cultivate a love for Maths and motivate them to achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Maths or a related field.
• Strong command of Maths concepts and principles.
• Proven experience in teaching IIT JEE, NDA, and CBSE syllabi.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs.
• Dedication to staying current with educational trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role at a reputed coaching institute.
• Experience in developing educational content.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
