Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled High School Mathematics Teacher with strong experience in IIT Foundation Coaching. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of simplifying complex concepts, and committed to improving student performance across grades 8 to 10.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics for Classes 8, 9, and 10 as per school curriculum (CBSE/State).
Conduct IIT Foundation Classes with a focus on Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Logical Reasoning.
Prepare students for Olympiads, NTSE, and other competitive exams.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, practice papers, and study materials.
Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and one-on-one doubt-clearing sessions.
Track student progress and provide constructive academic feedback.
Support academic planning, exam scheduling, and classroom management.
Collaborate with the school management team to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and positive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in IIT Foundation teaching (mandatory).
Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills in Mathematics.
Ability to teach foundational IIT concepts to middle and high school students.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to design competitive exam-oriented study materials.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
