Role Overview

Math Teacher

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach

    Mathematics to Classes 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th

    .
  • Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
  • Explain mathematical concepts clearly across different difficulty levels.
  • Prepare worksheets, assignments, tests, and conduct periodic evaluations.
  • Track student progress and maintain academic records.
  • Provide extra help or remedial classes to students who need support.
  • Maintain discipline and create a motivating learning environment.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent–teacher interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field.

  • B.Ed. mandatory or strongly preferred.

  • Strong subject knowledge for middle and high school math (6th–10th level).
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students grow academically.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience teaching.
  • Ability to use smart-class tools or digital teaching aids.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for students of different abilities.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
