Role Overview

We are hiring a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher with deep expertise in the IB MYP, IGCSE, and IBDP curriculum. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for teaching, a strong academic foundation, and a proven ability to prepare students for success in AA HL, AI HL, AA SL, and AI SL Mathematics.

This is a full-time role requiring 40–48 hours per week, with flexibility in working hours. The candidate is expected to complete 8 hours per day. In certain situations, an 8 hour shift might be split due to tutoring needs based in other time zones. The role will be based in Gurgaon for physical classes, though exceptional remote candidates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for IB MYP, IGCSE, and IBDP Mathematics.
• Prepare IBDP & IBMYP-style question papers, mock tests, and practice resources.
• Guide students in exam strategies, past paper practice, and conceptual mastery.
• Design lesson plans aligned with the IB and Cambridge frameworks.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain academic excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in IB curriculum (MYP & IBDP) and/or IGCSE.
• Strong academic background in Mathematics, preferably with advanced degrees.
• Proven experience teaching AA HL, AI HL, AA SL, and AI SL Mathematics.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare IB-style assessments and exam preparation materials.
• Prior work experience in IB schools is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
