Mathematics Faculty – Department of Science and Humanities

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals for the position of Lecturer in Mathematics within the Science and Humanities Department. The ideal candidates will possess strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage and inspire students in foundational mathematics concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Mathematics to undergraduate students across various disciplines.
• Prepare course materials such as lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assist in curriculum development and academic planning within the department.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, and institutional development activities.
• Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• M.Sc. in Mathematics (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and guide students effectively
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and tools
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
