Role Description

Translate BacAlt’s biopolymers into real-world applications: hydrogels, films, coatings, agri-formulations, cosmetic actives.

Salary Range: 8-12+ LPA depending on candidates

Qualifications

• Create formulations using BNC/PGA
• Characterize mechanical, rheological, and functional properties
• Perform application trials for customer use cases
• Generate technical data sheets
• Collaborate with sales, QC, and R&D

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering
• Experience with hydrogels, emulsions, bio-based materials
• Strong knowledge of rheology, stability studies
