Material Control Executive

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to monitor the vendor delivery schedule adherence on a daily basis. You will be required to ensure that the vendor supply schedule and material supportability align with the forecast. Stock management adherence is crucial, and you should be prepared to escalate any discrepancies according to the guidelines. Your role will involve handling a minimum of 10 vendors each day, utilizing your negotiation skills with vendors and being capable of crisis management when needed. Your expertise in job work reconciliation and claim management will be essential, especially in cases of incoming quality issues and logistics damage. You will also be responsible for new project material ordering and monitoring the arrival schedule in line with the timeline. Conducting a detailed analysis of production versus goods received/goods issued during month-end closing will be part of your regular tasks. Being proficient in reading and understanding Bills of Materials (BOM) and conducting consumption analysis using the BOM system versus physical usage will be required. Additionally, you will be managing job-work parts ordering and material management efficiently. Your role will also involve EO change management and controlling backorder material orders. Experience in SAP is essential for this role, and you should be ready to escalate any abnormalities on a priority basis. Familiarity with different feeding systems such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) will be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
