Job Requirement 1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, environmental sciences, engineering, or a comparable qualification 2. At least 6-8 years of experience in material compliance. 3. In-depth knowledge of relevant national and international regulations and standards in the field of material compliance including Conflict Minerals, REACH, RoHS, TSCA and California Proposition 65. 4. Experience in leading and developing teams and workgroups. 5. Must have good knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and BoM structures. 6. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information and develop pragmatic solutions. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. 8. Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and deal with different cultural approaches. 9. Excellent written and spoken English skills. 10. Must have good knowledge in MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word & PPT.
