Job Description

Job Title:

10 LPA for 5–8 years experience
18 LPA for 8+ years experience

Material & Production Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Material & Production Planning team
Drive end-to-end inventory analytics (e.g., business wastage, excess inventory)
Determine RPM norms and optimize planning parameters
Collaborate with factory material planners
Develop planning tools in coordination with IT teams
Apply RPA to streamline delivery processes
Enable supply collaboration across stakeholders
Deliver all agreed business KPIs
Provide actionable insights through management reports
Analyze and resolve plan failures with IT and internal teams
Manage and mentor team members
Introduce market best practices into delivery
Work with transition/transformation teams to implement improvements

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong expertise in
End-to-End Planning
: Demand, Supply, Production, Distribution, and Material Planning
Deep understanding of
MRP, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Optimization
Experience in
CPG sector
as a Supply or Demand Planner
Proficiency in
SAP/APO, Coupa, or other planning tools
