Master Trainer – Sustainable Farming & Community Mobilisation

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Master Trainer to lead training and capacity-building initiatives in sustainable farming and rural community mobilisation. Based in Ahmedabad, this role requires extensive travel across India to deliver high-quality training, mentor field teams, and empower farmer communities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in extension activities, adult learning methods, and participatory training approaches.   Key Responsibilities •            Design and deliver training modules on sustainable farming, soil health, water conservation, and livelihood diversification. •            Act as the lead trainer for field staff, farmer facilitators, and community groups, ensuring knowledge transfer through Training of Trainers (ToT) programs. •            Develop and implement extension strategies using participatory rural appraisal (PRA), farmer field schools (FFS), and other proven methods. •            Conduct exposure visits, demonstrations, and field-based learning programs for farmers and communities. •            Monitor training effectiveness, document learning outcomes, and ensure continuous improvement of training content and delivery. •            Liaise with FPOs, NGOs, government departments, and local leaders to strengthen outreach and collaboration. •            Capture and communicate success stories, case studies, and impact reports to stakeholders.
