Master Teacher Coach

The role of this position involves providing coaching and training sessions to enhance the teaching skills of MT Akademia. You will serve as a buddy for MT Akademia under the guidance of the Academic Team. Additionally, you will conduct consultations for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) to help students achieve their academic goals. This will involve suggesting pathways for students and maintaining good engagement between students and parents to ensure student renewal. You will be responsible for conducting Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing effective solutions. Participation in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaboration with the regional team to share best practices will be essential. Your contribution to educational initiatives will be highly valued. Direct teaching of students in classroom settings is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to deliver high-quality instruction and create engaging learning experiences to set a positive example for MT Akademia. Meeting the specified minimum number of sessions, including CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions, is a requirement. Maintaining strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders is crucial for ensuring smooth and effective class operations. You will also be responsible for developing teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation, as needed by the Headquarter. Collaboration with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives will be necessary. **Job Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. - Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success, with at least 1 year of experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Experience in teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation. - Innovative and creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches. - Will be placed in Brain Academy Branch Pati (Jend.
