Master Teacher Coach

As a Teacher at MT Akademia, your role will involve providing coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness. You will become a buddy for MT Akademia, supporting their development under the guidance of the Academic Team. Additionally, you will conduct consulting for students or parents, collaborating with Student Advisor(s) to identify pathways for academic success and maintain strong student-parent engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia - Collaborate with Student Advisor(s) for student or parent consultations - Organize Homework Clinics to address academic issues - Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team - Teach students directly in classroom settings - Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders - Develop teaching materials and academic assignments - Collaborate with the curriculum development team for alignment with educational standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field - Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with a proven track record of success - Strong understanding of educational principles and classroom management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications - Experience in teaching preparation for various exams - Innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches You will be based in Brain Academy Branch Pati (Jend.
