Job Summary:

Material Master Data Specialist

Experience -

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain material master records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM).
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sap admin, approvers, finance, pricing) to gather and validate material data requirements.
Perform regular audits and data cleansing activities to maintain high-quality master data.
Support new product introductions and engineering changes by managing material data setup.
Troubleshoot and resolve material master data issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for material master data processes and standards.
Participate in data governance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
1+ years of experience in material master data management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good understanding of supply chain processes and material classification.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or similar tools.
Knowledge of ISO standards or regulatory compliance related to materials.
Familiarity with data quality tools and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
