About the Role:

Master Data Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain customer master data in compliance with global standards.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Analyse and correct data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve data issues.
Provide training and support on data governance tools and processes.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
Support audits and data quality initiatives.
Participate in projects related to data management and system improvements.
Generate reports, analyse trends, and recommend process enhancements.

Your Profile:

Hands-on experience with data management tools and systems (SAP, MDG preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
