Master Cleaner

Role Overview The Master Cleaner will be the backbone of ZWIK’s cleaning operations — responsible for setting quality standards, hiring and training cleaners, and ensuring top-tier execution at every site. This is a leadership + hands-on role for someone passionate about cleanliness, team building, and operational excellence. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Recruit, train, and manage a team of professional cleaners. • Create and implement standard cleaning checklists and operating procedures (SOPs). • Supervise day-to-day cleaning operations at residential and commercial sites. • Conduct on-site inspections and ensure high-quality service delivery. • Train staff on equipment usage, safety, and hygiene standards. • Manage cleaning supplies and ensure efficient resource use. • Coordinate scheduling, task allocation, and client feedback handling. • Report performance metrics and recommend improvements to management. ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management. • Prior experience as a Supervisor / Team Lead in a cleaning or housekeeping setup. • Strong ability to train and motivate a team of cleaners. • Knowledge of modern cleaning tools, materials, and techniques. • Physically fit and willing to participate in hands-on training and demonstration. • Good communication and leadership skills. • Based in or willing to relocate to Madhapur, Hyderabad.
