We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for Non-Voice Process roles in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support through non-verbal communication channels, such as email, chat, and back-office tasks. If you're looking for a position that doesn't require phone calls and allows you to work independently, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities for Non-Voice US Mortgage Customer Service
  1. Respond to Customer Inquiries:

    Address customer queries via emails, chat, or other non-voice communication channels regarding mortgage products, application statuses, loan terms, and other related topics.
  2. Manage Customer Data:

    Accurately update and maintain customer information in internal databases, ensuring all records are current and complete to support loan processing and other mortgage services.
  3. Process and Resolve Requests:

    Efficiently process and resolve customer requests and concerns related to mortgage applications, payments, and loan adjustments, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  4. Provide Exceptional Service:

    Deliver high-quality customer service by adhering to internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards relevant to the mortgage industry.
  5. Collaborate with Team Members:

    Work closely with team members and departments (e.g., loan officers, underwriters) to meet daily service goals, improve customer experience, and streamline mortgage processing procedures.
  6. Ensure Accuracy in Documentation:

    Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and handling of mortgage-related files, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
  7. Support Back-Office Operations:

    Assist with various administrative and back-office tasks, such as loan document review, reporting, and supporting other departments as required to facilitate smooth processing of mortgage applications.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates with up to 1-5 years of experience in US Mortgage (International Non-Voice Process).
  • Graduates with strong English language skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
