Experience Level: 5 to 10 years Position: Manager Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, MBA (Oil and Gas) Location: Ahmdabad, Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi Job Description: Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations. Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Production Accounting or Tank Farm Operations Division) and /or delivered Production Accounting solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments. Candidate should have demonstrated capability to lead and deliver complex projects to large oil and gas companies. Candidate must have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, blending operations, product distribution. Candidate must be familiar with typical Production Accounting business processes, functional requirements, Fit-Gap analysis, vendor selection process, integration of Production accounting with other applications and data visualization. Candidate will be required to train / upskill resources on Production accounting. Candidate must have hands-on experience of Refinery / Petrochemicals Production accounting tools such as Aspen AORA (Advisor), Belsim Vali, Sigmafine, Error Solver, Honeywell PAR. SUMMARY Key Responsibilities & Expectations: Client Engagement & Solution Delivery: Act as the functional/technical lead, understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Manage teams of both experienced and junior consultants to meet client expectations. Industry Experience: Must have experience in refinery or petrochemical plants, particularly in Production Accounting or Tank Farm Operations. Alternatively, should have delivered Production Accounting solutions to oil & gas clients through consulting roles. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of refinery/petrochemical configurations, blending, and product distribution processes. Functional Skills: Expertise in Production Accounting business processes, including: Fit-Gap analysis Vendor selection System integration Data visualization Training & Leadership: Responsible for training and upskilling teams in Production Accounting.
