• Customer Interaction & service:
• Handling student inquiries and providing information about driving courses, fees, and schedules.
• Managing student registrations, enrollment paperwork, and payment processing.
• Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring a positive and helpful experience for all students and visitors.
• Operational Management:
• Coordinating with the training team to ensure smooth class scheduling and vehicle availability.
• Maintaining accurate records of student information, payments, and attendance.
• Managing the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Assisting with basic administrative duties related to the driving school's operations.
• Managing inventory of supplies and materials for the front desk.
• Generating reports and maintaining records as needed.

Timings :- 09:30 AM to 6:30PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 to ₹30000.00 per month
