You should have at least 10 years of experience in marketing technology and automation. It is essential to have practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, Bird, or Adobe, particularly in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder. Additionally, experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud is required. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights. As a candidate, you must possess excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, should be top-notch to effectively collaborate across different teams. Moreover, you should showcase your leadership abilities by inspiring and mentoring your team to achieve high performance and foster continuous improvement. Desirable qualifications include certification in Marketing Cloud and knowledge of SQL queries and AMPscript.,
