As a Doctor Referral Marketing Executive at Hamsa, you will play a vital role in establishing strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals, to facilitate patient referrals and enhance Hamsa's brand presence. Your primary focus will be on implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness of Hamsa's services and increase patient referrals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and connecting with healthcare providers to establish referral partnerships, educating them about Hamsa's services, and maintaining regular visits and follow-ups to nurture strong relationships. You will also develop and execute referral programs, monitor referral trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing strategies. In addition to working closely with healthcare professionals, you will build relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses to enhance Hamsa's presence. Organizing health awareness programs, workshops, and community engagement activities will be part of your role, along with partnering with local influencers and wellness groups to promote Hamsa's services. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales. Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of the local healthcare landscape and community dynamics. Being self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel locally for doctor visits and community events are key attributes for success. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers, familiarity with referral-based marketing strategies in healthcare, and knowledge of digital marketing or social media marketing.
