Kisah is backed by marquee investors and now targeting to grow exponentially across multiple channels within and outside India.

Marketplace Growth Manager

Role Overview

The Marketplace Growth Manager will own the end-to-end performance of Kisah across marketplaces driving revenue, optimizing ads, expanding the category, and execute high-intent campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, data-driven thinking, and a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, growth levers, and consumer behavior in fashion/ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Revenue Growth/ Skill rating 5

  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio & other Quick Commerce channels.
  • Build and execute a structured growth plan for selection, pricing, visibility, and operations.
  • Identify growth pockets, seasonal opportunities, and platform-specific levers to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and manage KPIs including GMV, ASP, conversion rate, page views, and sell-through.

2. Performance Marketing/ Skill rating 3

  • Develop and manage marketplace advertising strategies (AMS, Sponsored Products/Brands, Myntra PLA etc).
  • Manage the performance marketing budget to deliver optimal ROAS and incremental revenue.
  • Improve product discoverability through keyword refinement, content optimization, and competition benchmarking.

3. Ad Cost Optimization/Skill rating 4

  • Analyze ad performance data to detect inefficiencies and reduce wastage.
  • Implement ACOS reduction strategies such as keyword negation, bid optimization, CTR improvements, and funnel refinement.
  • Build a weekly and monthly optimization cadence with data-backed decision-making.
  • Improve ad contribution margins without hampering scale.

4. Category Development- Skill rating 3

  • Study marketplace demand patterns to identify category gaps and opportunities.
  • Identify the new trends, designs and share insights with Design team to help improve the success of new launches.
  • Drive depth in key ethnicwear sub-categories such as kurtas, kurta sets, sherwanis and increase the market share in respective categories.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking for pricing, selection, and content.

5. Campaign Planning & Execution- Skill rating 5

  • Own end-to-end planning for major events (eg. Diwali / Dusherra, Winter Weddings, Summer Weddings, Eid, Holi, Onam etc).
  • Align pricing, offers, inventory planning, ad strategy, and creative briefs for event success.
  • Ensure flawless event execution with real-time monitoring and post-event analysis.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in traffic, conversions, and platform visibility.
