Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace operations and running ads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and marketplace performance.
* Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
* Run and manage Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing for performance campaigns across search, social, email, and affiliates.
* Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement data-driven optimizations.
* Coordinate with product and operations teams for inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
* Stay updated on marketplace trends, best practices, and new technologies.
* Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart marketplace management and ads.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
