Marketplace Executive - Borivali West

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketplace Profile Manager with a strong background in performance marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketplace presence and driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure our marketplace profile delivers exceptional results. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy to maximize customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall performance.
• Optimize our marketplace presence by creating compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search, social media, email, affiliates).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Continuously optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketplace best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team, highlighting performance insights, achievements, and recommendations for future growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience managing marketplace profiles and driving performance marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, algorithms, and optimization strategies.
• Proficient in using performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and promotional materials.
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
