Marketing Trainee – Data Collector & Direct Meeting Executive

About the Role

LSD Productions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Marketing Trainee to support our on-ground data collection, lead generation, and direct meeting activities. This role requires daily field visits, collecting business data, meeting prospects, and contributing to our sales pipeline. MBA candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct minimum 5 direct meetings per day.
• Achieve 85 meetings per month as per target.
• Collect verified business data and update internal systems.
• Present company services to prospects during meetings.
• Work closely with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting.

Salary & Performance Structure

• Full Salary: ₹30,000/month + Travel Allowance (on achieving 10% conversion).
• Below 5% conversion: Low performance – ₹5,000/month.
• 5%–10% conversion: Salary will be prorated based on performance.

Who Can Apply

• MBA (Preferred) or graduates with strong field marketing interest.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and direct client interactions.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
