Description
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Technology Solution Consultant with over 8 years of experience to play a key role in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing automation solutions across various platforms. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, and optionally WebEngage and Insider, to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your main responsibilities will include: Solution Design & Implementation: - Serving as a technical consultant for marketing automation projects, translating client requirements into actionable solutions - Conducting platform assessments and recommending optimal marketing technology stacks - Creating technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps - Developing integrated solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio) - Configuring and optimizing MoEngage campaigns, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration - Building responsive, personalized email templates, landing pages, and mobile campaigns Technical Integration & Analytics: - Developing and maintaining integrations between marketing platforms and external systems via APIs - Designing data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow across the marketing technology stack - Building and managing audience segments, data extensions, and customer profiles - Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable optimization insights - Conducting A/B testing strategies to enhance engagement rates and ROI Client Management: - Acting as the primary technical point of contact for marketing technology initiatives - Staying up to date with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices Ideal candidates for this role should have: - 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology consulting or solution implementation - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MoEngage - Experience in marketing automation strategy and multi-channel campaign orchestration Required Technical Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development concepts - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL - Strong understanding of API integrations and data management - Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) Desired Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Certifications (Optional): - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Admin, Consultant, Developer) - MoEngage Implementation Expert certification - Experience with WebEngage, Insider, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or HubSpot - Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and data management platforms (DMP) About VML: VML is a leading creative company that specializes in combining brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands and drive growth.
