Job Summary:

The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels to drive customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance) to align marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Oversee content strategy, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
• Prepare reports and present insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer segmentation.

• Mandatory Languages:

  Telugu, English, and Hindi.

• Product Sales Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of product sales strategies and market positioning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
